ADHD Support

Living with ADHD can feel like your mind is always in motion, ideas firing, emotions swelling, tasks piling up, while the world keeps asking you to “just focus.” You might struggle with organization, follow-through, time, or self-trust, and feel frustrated by how hard things seem that others find easy. Or maybe you’ve gotten so good at masking that no one sees how much effort it takes just to hold it all together.

ADHD doesn’t always look like hyperactivity or distraction.

It can also look like:

  • forgetting important things even when you care deeply

  • interrupting or zoning out in conversations—and then feeling ashamed

  • starting ten things, finishing none

  • feeling paralyzed by simple tasks—then flooded with guilt

  • getting hyper-focused on the wrong thing—then burned out

  • replaying “mistakes” for hours

  • never feeling caught up, no matter how hard you try

I get it, not just professionally, but personally. As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand what it’s like to move through the world with a brain that works differently. This isn’t about managing you into compliance. It’s about meeting your unique rhythm with respect, and creating space to understand how your system actually works, not how it “should.”

Together, we can explore how ADHD shows up in your life, in your relationships, your self-image, your work, your energy levels. We’ll bring compassion to the shame or overwhelm that often comes with it, and begin to build tools and systems that actually fit you.

This work blends somatic awareness, nervous system care, and emotional insight, so you can start to feel more anchored, more capable, and more yourself.

You don’t need more willpower. You need tools, care, and a space to be understood.

Let’s start there.
