What is Gestalt Therapy?
Gestalt therapy is a present-moment, relational approach to healing. It’s about becoming more aware of what’s happening for you right now—in your body, your thoughts, your emotions, and in the space between you and others.
Together, we’ll tune into the subtleties of your experience including; how you speak about yourself, what your body holds, and what tends to get left out. These moments can offer insight into long-held patterns or protective strategies that once made sense but may no longer serve you.
This work is creative and collaborative. I draw from a range of embodied and trauma-informed approaches to support your process in a way that feels grounded and real.
Over time, many people feel more connected to themselves, more choiceful in how they relate to the world, and more at ease in their own skin.
