Individual counselling is a space just for you.

A space to breathe, reflect, and hear yourself more clearly—maybe for the first time in a while. It’s not about having the perfect words or knowing exactly what you need.

It’s about showing up as you are, and letting that be enough.

You might come in feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself.

Maybe you’re navigating a big life change, working through burnout or grief, struggling with relationships, or trying to make sense of who you are and what you want.

Or maybe things look fine from the outside, but something inside feels off.

In our work together, we’ll explore what’s been hard, what you long for, and what’s been getting in the way.

I draw from relational, and trauma-informed approaches to help you reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your sense of self—at a pace that feels right for you.

Counselling is about making room for all the parts of you—the messy, tender, resilient, complex parts—and learning to listen to what they need.

Over time, many people find they feel more grounded, more connected, and more free to live in a way that actually feels good.
