Relationship Therapy
Relationship Work (Even If You’re Not in One)
You don’t need to be in a romantic relationship to explore your relational patterns. In fact, some of the deepest relationship work happens in individual therapy.
Together, we look at how you show up in connection—with partners (past or present), family, friends, colleagues, me, and most importantly, with yourself.
We pay attention to how your body responds in moments of closeness, conflict, distance, or care. The nervous system plays a big role in how we attach, protect, withdraw, or try to stay safe with others. You might begin to notice how early patterns still echo in the present, how you reach for others, brace against rejection, avoid being “too much,” or struggle to set boundaries.
This work isn’t about blame or over-analyzing. It’s about bringing gentle awareness to the ways your body and nervous system have adapted to protect you in relationship.
From there, we can start to untangle what’s old from what’s true now—and begin to create new relational possibilities: more honesty, more choice, more capacity to stay connected without losing yourself.
Whether you’re:
longing for deeper intimacy
navigating a recent breakup
unpacking family dynamics, or
simply wanting to feel more authentic in your relationships
This is a space where all of you is welcome. We move at a pace that feels manageable, with careful attention to safety and regulation. Together, we’ll explore relational patterns, supporting you to build insight, expand capacity, and develop more secure, authentic ways of connecting.
